A closely fought in-school competition took place at Ballakermeen last night, with a team representing Powerful Information, a charity which helps to develop skills in low income countries through the use of ICT, being chosen to represent the school for the last available place in the final which takes place on Wednesday 29th March at the Manx Museum. All the teams gave really powerful and informative presentations last night, with over £2,000 being awarded to the charities represented.
One World Charity Challenge
Giving students the opportunity to speak out for people in the developing world, through creating a presentation examining the work of a charity and the impact it has had on a young person.
